Yör Palas;  Enviable Architecture for the Palaces, Enviable Smartness for the Brilliant Person!
Board of Directors of Yörsan and  Yöryapı Teoman Yörük, Deputy Chairman, expressed that the sample apartment of Yör Palas, a smart residential project which is about to be completed in Acıbadem/Istanbul,  has been ready and they would begin delivering the apartments in December 2017. Yörük also said that there are  4+1 garden duplex apartments, 3+1 standard apartments, 4+1 and 4+2 roof duplex apartments in the project. He stated that they have been transferring the importance, which they have placed on human health for 53 years, to the living spaces through Yöryapı. In order to make you live in the residents in peace and security for many years, we have taken into account anything ranging from integrity to aesthetics. Yör Palas is a project designed with this consciousness. Yörük said that they had received quite many demands as Yör Palas project would be completed in a short time. He also expressed their satisfaction with the comments of the customers who visited the sample apartment.

Teoman Yörük stated that they considered everything to the finest detail in all manufacturing ranging from the foundations to the interior spaces in the apartments and they have not avoided any costs. He said that they thought they were going to live in the apartments themselves and they had observed all the troubles they had experienced in their own houses so far and tried to take precautions for anything from a to izzard. Our product has a very high quality over the standards. We have imagined 50 years later not today. We have used every means available to offer comfort and happy life for the residents during all their life. Just to give an example, parqueting is a simple flooring application.  But, in order to make them durable without swelling for many years, we tried to dry the screed concrete by placing dryers in each room and then applied epoxy to avoid humidity and after this application, we finished the application of parqueting by using a special double-component glue. But unfortunately, there are a few contractors doing this job on the market!

Acıbadem's smartest and the most luxurious project!
Yelda Yüksel, one of the architects at Yöryapı, expressed that:

"We have brought security, comfort, quality and palace elegance together in a smart building and we have pushed to the limits of the smart home system. You will be able to easily control everything ranging from the cameras, shutters, and lighting to the heating and cooling systems from inside the house or from outside. You can also turn on or off the heat, smoke and water detectors by a remote access thus you can avoid possible fire or overflow. You will be able to enter into your home through the smart doors which can be opened by fingerprint, password, remote control or mobile phone. You will be able to check fuel and the maintenance status of your smart generator by a remote access. The smart sensor of the air conditioner in the hall will track your motion not to make you sick. You will enjoy the smart toilets in the parents' room.  Each room will have an air conditioner, ceiling lighting with aesthetic hidden leds, and electrical shutter systems."

Nothing is missing in Yör Palas.
Yelda Yüksel, the architect, kept on her statements as follows;

"Nothing is missing in our project, indeed! With a 5+1 audio system infrastructure, there will be no more cables around. We designed separate compartments for washing machine, drying machine, and other equipment to make everything in order. We have used Italian made secret door hinges at all doors. Non-fading special lacquer paint has been used inside and outside of the cabinets. We wanted to keep every single point lightened by using sensor lights in the kitchen. We have used plank laminated parquet in all rooms. In short, we have considered everything you need for you at Yör Palas Acıbadem."

State-of-the-art sound and heat insulation systems have been applied.
Faruk SARAÇ, Civil Engineer and Yöryapı Project Manager says that "Sound and heat insulation has been provided in the highest quality. With sound and heat insulated precast facade and windows with triple glazing glasses, you will completely isolate the external sound. You will also reduce your energy consumption costs substantially by making your heating and cooling systems consume minimal energy. In order not to hear voice from neighboring apartments, we have applied 5-cm-thick stone wool to the walls and under-floor mats (PE) under the flooring. In this way, you will only hear the voice of your own family at home!"

The Quality of the Production of the Foundation
Mr. SARAÇ, the Project Manager, continued as follows: "The lean concrete of 10 cm thickness has been poured on material under the foundation. Waterproofing by using basement tanking method has been applied on the lean concrete. UKS Bitumen Primer emulsion has been applied on the surface, double layers of 3+3 mm of bituminous waterproofing membrane and geotextile matting applications have been before pouring protection screed of  5 cm.  The corrosion due to water has been avoided by applying basement tanking method. The concrete of a higher grade (C35) than the one (C30) specified at the static and reinforced concrete project of the construction has been poured. Excavated surfaces have been produced by using Shotcrete method with soil nails. The aim of this application is to prevent surface erosion and soil erosion due to water and air effect. In order to prevent moisture after the rain by a drainage system, the quick flow of the water to the foundation drainage system has been ensured by avoiding its absorption by the ground. For this, a drainage filter has been constructed by using 1400 tons of crushed stone filling material around the building."

Thre is no other luxury project like it at this location!
